I direct and decide
I define the outcome, choose the architecture, review the implementation, make tradeoffs, and decide when the work is ready.
About
Fox Stellar is me, Alex—not a hidden agency bench. I make the product and engineering decisions, direct the implementation, review the code, and own what ships.
Why Fox Stellar exists
I bring senior enterprise software experience across product shaping, interface design, architecture, implementation, testing, and release planning. Important decisions do not disappear between departments because there are no departments.
Expert coding AI gives me a broad, fast implementation bench. It can trace unfamiliar code, build across stacks, propose tests, and iterate quickly. It does not understand your business by default, make the final tradeoff, or take responsibility for a release. I do.
The point is not to generate more code. It is to use the added capacity to build the right thing, examine more edge cases, and finish the unglamorous release work.
The working agreement
I define the outcome, choose the architecture, review the implementation, make tradeoffs, and decide when the work is ready.
Coding agents handle bounded implementation and analysis tasks. Their output is read, tested, revised, and kept inside the project's acceptance criteria.
Working slices, source where appropriate, test results, known limitations, and clear handoff material make progress inspectable.

Alex
I stay directly involved from the first scoping conversation through implementation, QA, and release. There is no account manager translating the project back to me.
I use coding AI openly because it is part of how the studio works. It is directed, checked, and never presented as a human team or left to ship unattended.
Hybrid studio model
Funds focused time and keeps the studio sustainable.
Clear scope · Accessible experience · Maintainable implementation · Visible validation
Makes the process inspectable and contributes something useful.
